here's my tip: add some bay leaves in while simmering and also when using a lot of tomatoes, try a pinch of brown sugar to help neutralise the acidity of the tomatoes & keep your tummy happy.

What size pan are you using for this sauce AND what type of wine did you use for this recipe? In addition, I can't seem to find the recipe for this with its actual ingredients / quantities. I might also like to add the addition of some mushrooms and tomato sauce too. Could you please forward me the exact link for it. I would appreciate it. What type of pan are u using in this video. As it is white in colour is it enamel or ceramic.
