Thank you for the easy to follow instructions…question- after you add the butter did you need to add any more flour to get it to be less sticky or does it just take some mixing/kneeding to look like yours?

No more flour, knead until it comes together. It will. If you do decide to add flour, just a tbsp cause it will change the recipe and texture.
