Hi chef, i like an i missed yakitori cooked with smoke. It is in south japan, is the recope name Binchotan? Is it possible for you to present binchotan, straw smoked yakitori.

Are you a prophet? Yakitori was just what I was planning to put out next. But it's not smoke. It may be difficult to cook smoked food at home because the fire alarm will go off, but I would like to try it someday. thank you!

Thank you very much, A lot of Japanese recipes are also in KZbin but your recipe is the best, simple, easy to follow, and best of all super delicious .@@InariJapaneseCuisine

Thank you again, chef, for your efforts to share with the world that Japanese food could be made with simple methods. I cannot find on KZbin the Japanese way of cooking chicken cutlet in smoke, the cooked chicken is black in color and super delicious. I have tried eating this in Kagoshima prefecture during town festivals. The name of this food i forgot, but is unique, simple, elegant, and delicious, typical of Japanese way of cooking food. @InariJapaneseCuisine
