The lady at 6:24 gets it! She gets it! I tried to explain it to various family members, but no one takes it seriously! It's SO nice to know someone else understands this struggle. I damn near cried.

6:24 Before I was diagnosed with ASD, I was talking about exactly this. And the other person thought it was weird AF but was too polite to say that upfront. Oof.

I have diagonosed asd and did fine. It may be because the only things that bother me so much are slow walking people or the inability to move around that cause sensory overload.

@@nikitatavernitilitvynova People with ASD experience it differently. Your tolerance for certain sensations may be higher than other people with ASD.

does anyone know if this channel is run by a bot or something? the whole thing just feels a bit off.

No idea, but I fell like a human would notice the videos broken in every one of these. Also, some of the clips repeat in different videos on this channel. Definitely a view farm.

@@Nakia11798 agreed! it never takes veiwer feedback either. for a while I thought it was just my phone being weird and then that the editor just couldn't be bothered to fix it, since despite the mistakes we still watch lol.

I was really disappointed the first video didn’t finished and others glitches when I wanted to see them all the way through. I hate to click “don’t recommend this channel again” but I definitely don’t want to contribute to it

Maybe I have only known autistic babies(?), but I've never seen a baby NOT doing those things in the "early signs" video.

Every single sign of autism is developmentally appropriate for babies under 2 years old. That's why they don't test until the kid is fully into the toddler years. By the time they can actually interact back with an adult, babies have still only been living on full power for a short time. They do "weird" things all the time because every experience is a unique and new experience. Motor skills like hand flapping and being capable of independent play are the signs they look for to determine if your baby is perfectly healthy.Children under 2 aren't expected to be able to talk well. 18 month olds are only expected to have 6-10ish words (english-speaking in the US), but babbling freely is developmentally appropriate as well. Almost all children have no fear of dangerous things at first because they don't know what dangerous things are. Under 2 years old, a child that will become a neurotypical adult is nearly indistinguishable from a child that will become a neurodivergent adult. They don't use labels on children that young. The fact that this mom is using normal developmental milestones to push a narrative on her kid makes it sound like she's one of those ~*~*AuTiSm MoMs~*~ rather than a parent that's just looking after their child's well-being. Like she's saying "finally! I can prove that I'm an autism mom (TM)! See! I have all this evidence!" Her kid may actually have autism, but this video ain't it, chief.
