I am going through this right now and during the pandemic I did not have physical or emotional support. Recovering has been lonely and isolating. This is a good message. I’m hoping to find some healing this month.

at least she got help... I can't afford that, and my life in my country is not ideal. all that makes me depressed. I can't change my reality

Yeah, the energy and effort can be fatiguing and disheartening. It really is important to find community. That way we can register ourselves better.

Should treatment be the only option for depression? It can be lifelong and reoccurring, with brutal symptoms. We have a right to dignity. My body, my choice.
