The Exterior design, durability, abundance of parts and good resale value are good perks of owning this vehicle. But this is Overpriced yet underspec'd. At that price where are the ff: 1. Toyota Safety Sense 2. Rear aircon vents 3. Leather seats 4. Hood Dampers 5. Power adjustable Drivers seat 6. Improved suspension 7. Improved steering feel

Hilux is the best. Tested on river crossing, climbing on rocky mountain in crawling speed and loaded with relief goods during typhoon haiyan for almost a year. It has a usable torque and horse power. Super durable engine. Can handle serious extreme road condition. And can actually make a road on its own.

When checking out this Hilux model, please don't just sit in the driver's seat or the front passenger seat. Check the rear seats as well. Then you can judge the level of comfort the rear seats offer to the rear passengers.

Hopefully nobody outside of Phillipine relying that much on this review since many features are not the same.. for instance Hilux Conquest is lacking aircon vent on the rear passenger, but in other countries it's available.. or if you're in the middle east, Hilux Conquest is using a V6 engine holy shit... n many more things.. still a nice review

Hilux is legendary in reliability while d-max got the isuzu 3.0 4jj1/4jj3 legendary engine and also known in Reliability,so both are good choice,well for me in ride comfort i will choose d-max but hilux have eco mode,power mode and normal mode,so depends on the buyer.

Hilux talaga ang d best . Tested ko na yan. River crossing and off road mountain climb in stock form while loaded after the typhoon haiyan. Usable torque and horse power. It can make road on its own .

Was supposed to buy one but found that its added bulk (compared to the previous model) is mostly for aesthetics and not even functional (for people or cargo). On the front end alone, there's almost a foot of empty space between the grill and the radiator. Bought an Innova instead.
