To add a little detail to UHD Compound, it was designed for light to medium work - it was created to fit in a particular "window" of work and aimed very much at the home user who has either never used a compound and machine before, or one who is experienced and realises they do not need to use a super aggressive compound in every scenario. It is very forgiving, with a long working time, low to no fling and easy to buff off after use. As with all the UHD range it comes in a complete kit - just add the machinery.

What a shine on that car. Red sometimes is the best colour. We all seem to go out and get the latest best product from the "in" manufacturer and forget the tried and tested Autoglym's, Turtlewax etc.

Good video Mr. Paul. I really want to try these Autoglym products. Looks like very good products and very easy to use. I like the fact that it has very easy wipe off. Looks like you can get through an entire vehicle pretty quickly and then apply the spray sealant. Love those hydrophobics it leaves behind. I prefer the beading over sheeting products. This one looks like a winner.

On the bottle i have it says only use on paint, not plastics or trim, and if you get some on plastic or trim remove immediately. But it does make a sensational drying aide, and you can extend the properties of the Ceramic Spray out 6 months used as a drying aide. A very under rated product.

Got some of the spray via a Halfords voucher I got , will have to try it on our Adam as thats used the most and needs protection added . See what kinda gloss you get on a white Adam , and YES not quick cars . Ideal old lady ( as proven by my wife ) or just a shopper car . Nippy in town driving if you boot it

Hi Paul, great video with trusty AutoGlym. Your machine polishing technique seemed a bit random though, up and down, round and round with different arm speed and some areas were more polished than others. Cross hatching with 50% overlap on each pass seems the usual recommended technique. Good end result though.

Auto Glym, a name synonymous with car cleaning and people over the years seem to go to others possibly due to marketing and the “cool kids” don’t use it. Personally sometimes people just want a kit, as in straight forward process to achieve top results as it’s confusing for the novice. I for one will purchase this soon for my m3.

Great video and great kit. I had one not so long ago definitely done the job, unfortunately I knocked the polish of the roof of my car wile I was doing it... Like you said very watery, before I noticed it was spread out over my patio 😂and that was game over, ended up giving the ceramic spray to my brother in law, All in all tho I was fairly happy with it, would I buy it again probably not I feel once you have the pads you can get a better compound and ceramic spray mix for similar price, but I do feel people are forgetting about auto glym these days

I've went of using the spray protectants and reverted back to wax, they are good products though but must try the autoglym rapid, seems a little more usable than the turtle wax ceramic spray which is easy to get high spots.

I've used Ceramic spray but prefer Coat-it which is like Polar seal. Used with jet wash. As I like to use it every month.
