Tip if the control is being replaced you can remove the 2 arms attached to the frame and Pry it out and rotate the arm for easier ball joint removal if it gives you a hard time depending on how ceased. I live in the Salt belt so it's common even new cars or fairly new cars the bolts wanna and everything wants to fight the whole way out. Glad yours came out smooth brother

Some info. For those trying to put the new control arm in and having issues: 1. Slide rear bushing in first, but do not bother aligning bolt hole yet 2. Slide front bushing in. Align hole, put bolt in and tighten just a few turns so you know the thread is started 3. Go back to rear bushing and move around to align the bolt. Until I put that front bolt in, I could not get the control arm properly aligned on the rear. Also, this is sport suspension. You can tell by the hole in the middle of the front control arm. Just an FYI for those wondering about ordering parts and trying ti figure out if their car has sport suspension or not.

An hour for each side tops. 200-300 depending on labor per shop

Lower arm to sub frame (Front) 115.7 lb-ft Lower arm to sub frame (Rear) 86.8 lb-ft Lower arm to knuckle 86.8 lb-ft

@@Juddwiser I believe it depends on sport suspension or not for the arm to subframe torques. Sport suspension control arm rear bolt is vertical like shown in this video and is the bigger bolt so would get the higher 115 lb-ft torque. Without Sport Suspension the bushings are the opposite. The big one with the vertical bolt is at the front and the horizontal smaller bolt s at the rear. Check on RockAuto.com. They have pics of each control arm - with and without sport suspension, left and right.
