Brendon Urie can sing it properly live, it is just that he is trying to protect his voice from damage seeing as doing those notes every night would damage his vocal chords overtime
@stephaniegreen594 жыл бұрын
HerE I aM, coMpOsinG a burlESquE very true. George Harrison from the Beatles ruined his voice from touring too much. A lot of cheerleaders and teachers have completely ruined their vocal cords from overuse. A lot of artists won’t use their “real” voice because their career would be short lived.
@urmom-sy4tv4 жыл бұрын
@@stephaniegreen59 Like Tyler Joseph too! He's the singer of Twenty One Pilots and he either screams or hits really high notes in studio versions of songs. While live, he alters those songs he doesn't hit those notes and damage his voice, and makes the screams short so he doesn't lose his voice.

Having seen Brendon urie live in a sweaty wall type venue his voice is actually better live imo. The notes he added in, the ability to hold unbelievable keys and able to hold a tune while running, jumping and back flipping without bumming a single note or skipping any lyrics. He doesn't play it safe live, in fact he steps up his game live and makes it more complex.

I have been listening to Brendon Urie for about 14 or 15 years now.. I was 7 years old when I heard I Write Sins Not Tragedies on the radio with my mom. I was able to finally go to one of his concerts in 2019 when he played live in Los Angeles. I was 20 at the time and I cried like a baby the whole time. Just because I got to hear him live.

No no no no no. *Dear God, NO!* Don’t compare Freddie Mercury and Urie. That’s like comparing your kids drawing on the fridge to the Mona Lisa. (And if you were curious, Mercury is the Mona Lisa)
@iggykad5 жыл бұрын
@@olliedylan1381 did you really just say that? I'm gonna try to be civil right now but Brendon is amongst the very few new age singers who have any talent and aren't using awful midi drums and mumble rapping. I love Freddie and I think this is a great comparison. if Freddie is the Mona Lisa (which I would have to agree with) then Brendon is Starry Night. they are both legends, there's no question about it.
@olliedylan13815 жыл бұрын
WeevilVlogger I guess what I don’t like about Brendon Urie is his fanbase. With all due respect, every single Urie-based comment section I’ve seen has teenage girls fawning over him like he’s some kind of God. Is he better than most the mumble rappers now a days? Sure. But I think it’s downright ridiculous to compare him to the legends. I get it. Y’all are fans. Naturally you want to defend him but it’s this cult-like aggression I just find so bizarre
