One QOL I REALLY hope to see which grounded did really well. One button to quick stack your inventory to nearby chests, and crafting stations auto pulling resources from chests so you don't have to go tracking down your items for crafting. Otherwise, supper excited for this game!

I knew I wanted to play this from the first trailer but hadn't been actively watching the game. The crafting/building system seems so much more complex than I was expecting. I love it. Giving decorations value. Making placement matter. So good! One thing I'd love to see, as I'm kinda OCD about lining things up.... Would be an align to wall/floor/object. Snap to the closest spot next to an object with the same orientation. For example if I'm laying down chests. I want those chests as tight together as I can get them and all in a pixel perfect line right up against the wall. Would be nice to see someone tackle that.

A lot of games have some sort of snap to grid toggle, it's just not usually "snap next to" which is what I would love to have as a third option. IE: Free placement Snap to grid Snap to close object I just assume free placement is the default and didn't specify but I should have.

A suggestion: Looking at the UI at 4:23 it looks very bright and light, it'd be nice to have an option for a darker version as well.

Hopefully the Devs have played GROUNDED to learn what crafting QOL feels like! I can't even play Valheim nor Conan after Grounded now... 1. Auto-drop "Hot Drop" all matching items into any container just by long-pressing the "interact" key on any container -- if the container already held, say, a piece of rope, then all matching rope in your inventory auto-drops into THAT container. Repeat across however many containers you have, and inventory management becomes "a thing that older games force you to deal with." There's zero hassle here -- just rearrange them at will, and Hot-Drop will automatically follow suit. No fiddly "specify this container with a control," either. If it contains X, Y, and Z, then all held X, Y, and Z will hot-drop into that container with a simple long-press. 2. Automatically craft using any materials in any containers in a ~20 meter radius. That's it. "It just works." Pallet of lumber? Basket of stones? Food ingredients for a baking recipe? Repairing a held weapon? Repairing a fortification? IT. JUST. WORKS. This is what got Valheim uninstalled. This is the best feature in any SurvivalCraft since the genre was invented. The entire notion of "you must be holding all items to craft" is game-breaking now. These two features are QOL must-haves in any & all SurvivalCraft games going forward.

There are like no dev's that do that anymore :( Hold on the release to EA until you are ready, don't throw away all your hard work to rush the door and fall on your face, ruining your work, game and name. Release when YOU know it is right. And Fall/Winter is a great time, plenty time to be inside!!
