Just wanted to say, if you’re grateful for something “superficial” one day like your hair, that’s ok! It’s ok to look at your life and be like, wow, I really love my relationships with my family, and fresh coffee, and the shade of pink that’s on my nails. Seeing good in the little things and seeing good in the big things aren’t mutually exclusive, and are all part of a happier whole. 💕

I just started to watch the video and I had to pause to say something: to be honest I don’t find superficial to be thankful for your hair.. I am thankful for mine as well!! That it’s healthy and it looks the way that I like it. There are loads of people who struggle with alopecia (hair loss) or damaged hair...or they are in the position where they have to cut it all for some reason even if they don’t want to.. So yes, in a deeper level, I don’t find it superficial at all. Yes I know is not the first world problem, but for many people, I included, is a big part of their life and they somehow indentify through it. 🤗 Now I’m gonna keep watching the video 😬
