The absolute best thing about all his recipes is, they are easy to put together and most important, they are flavorful. Too often, actually, all the time, whatever pre-made item I have bought has the texture of cardboard and tastes like chalk. TY for sharing all recipes through KZbin and especially your books, which are amazing. You've taught me how to cook and actually love what I've cooked.

I made the Christmas Wreath last year and took it to a friend's house. All the carnivores loved it. They still had prime rib but, I broadened their idea of Christmas food. Thanks Gaz!
@itsgeraldine88375 жыл бұрын
How sweet is the roast? I've made a similar one before with cranberries, apricots, spices etc, by the time all the flavours were in it was just too intense I could only eat 1 slice, it also fell apart when sliced
@ardethellis89305 жыл бұрын
@@itsgeraldine8837 The roast itself is not particularly sweet but, the cranberry sauce is very sweet. I didn't have a problem with it falling apart as long as I cut wedges instead of slices (like this video).

Do you really think our beautiful vegan site wishes to hear how u enjoyed eating a poor innocent animal with the intelligence of a 3 yr old, who scream as loud with fear& the agony of being squashed bitten & gassed to death- like the evil nazis with the innocent Jews, no thank u

I put this together tonight for our Christmas dinner (refrigerated the wreath until ready to bake for dinner on Friday). I had some extra filling left over in the pot, so I made it into a mini-loaf pan and baked it to try it out... OMG AMAZING!!!!! I could tell from the aroma that it was going to be fabulous, but no idead it would turn out this fabulous. If you haven't tried this yet, I strongly encourage you to try it out. My meat loving family think it's awesome and Vegans can be super proud of this main course for their holiday (or any other) meal. My 21 year old son told me to keep it in my regular rotation of family dinners.Don't be too worried about precise measurements... this recipe is quite flexible in that regard. And don't freak out over the cinnamon all-spice. It ties everything together so wonderfully and gives it the taste and smell of Christmas. The ingredients cost comes to around $40 USD, but well worth it in my opinion.
