How is the sound quality? Any hissing/static at low volume when used as a receiver? That's a common problem.

I have the same problem with my Bluetooth speaker in the garage . How do you hock it up to your desktop computer or your phone so the Bluetooth speaker can work in the garage ?

I want to use it to Upgrade my PC with Bluetooth and send the Audio Signal to my Bose QC 35 Headphones for gaming. Is it the right product for me? Because cheap USB Bluetooth Adapters always have really bad quality
