For 30 days I worked out my arm every single day. On odd days I focused on my biceps and on even days I focused on my triceps. I did various different exercises to try and grow my arm as much as possible in just 30 days. In the end I was able to pack on some muscle and grow my arms in just 30 days.

Bro, would be good to get the splits over your 30 days, like each exercise, if you had one. Keep killing it, always good to see your very real challenges and changes, and not going from average dude to demigod in a month.

15 years ago they were 19.5”, but then I got busy with life and stopped lifting as much so they went down in size
