This is the first time I have used creatine before in my life so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. In the end I was shocked how much muscle I was able to add to my body in such a short amount of time!
Most people think about taking creatine when lifting weights, but it works for body weight exercises as well just like you are about to see!
I’ve done a fair amount of exercise challenge videos in the past, but in this 30 day challenge I’m combining them all into one monster challenge, so I can find out how much muscle growth I can get from bodyweight exercises only while using creatine!
In this challenge, I’m going about it smarter though and splitting the exercises up into two separate days to allow for muscle growth and recovery. So for this challenge my workout program will be as follows:
On odd days I did the following:
100 push-ups
100 dips
100 modified pull-ups or regular pull-ups
100 leg lifts
Now If you don’t have the dedicated equipment for the dips or the pull-ups, no worries, for dips you can use two sturdy chairs, and for the pullups, you can use a sturdy table.
On even days, I did the following:
100 bodyweight squats
100 lunges on each leg
100 hip thrust
100 calf raises
I would do 4 sets of 25 reps for each exercise and cycle through the exercises. So I’d do 25 push-ups, then 25 dips, then 25 pull-ups, then 25 leg lifts then repeat for 4 total cycles. I did the same on the even days, 25 squats, then 25 lunges on each leg, then 25 hip thrust, the 25 calf raises then repeat. Each day took about 30 minutes to complete.
I took 5mg of monohydrate creatine each day. Some studies have shown that creatine can help improve your results by up to 8%, so I figured I was going to put in the work, I might as well try and get the most out of my efforts.
The creatine I took was from Bulk Supplements, it’s tasteless, I just mixed it into my water and went about my business.
Also to help fuel my growth, I also increased my protein intake to around 185 grams of protein a day. This was up by probably 40% compared to what I was intaking originally.
So after 30 days of this creatine challenge, man did I see some growth! In both of these clips, my muscles were cold, meaning I had not worked out prior. The same goes for the measurements I’m about to go over.
During this challenge my shoulder measurement increased .75”
My chest increased .5 inches
My arms exploded in this challenge, I started to get a lot on comments about how much bigger my arms were looking towards the end of this challenge. My upper arm grew 1 inch and my forearms grew .75”
My waist decreased by 1.5”, now to be fair i started right after I got back from vacation so I was a bit bloated to start.
As for my lower body, my butt got 1 inch bigger
Thighs got .5” bigger
And my calves grew by a quarter of an inch.
Keep in mind, I had already been working out prior to this challenge, so these weren’t “newbie gains” as they say. The only thing that was really new to my workout routine was just the added creatine.
When comparing this challenge to a challenge like the one punch man challenge for instance,100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats and 10k run every day, I feel like this routine is far superior in comparison. This challenge gives your muscles time to recovery and grow and you are much less likely to get injured.

@@SimpleManChannel will do. Still recovering from a back injury and a partial tear of my right rectus femoris and managing some pain. My hip flexors have tightened up heaps. I do most of the exercises you do, but much less (building up). I liked the look of your leg lifts and hip ups to heal and get stronger.

Great as always. DId you rest between each circuit or did you finish exercise 4 and straight back to exercise 1? Assuming your calories stayed unchanged. I think i'm gonna have to invest in some dip bars

I kept the rest periods to a minimum, some times I needed to rest a couple of minutes. Calories actually had to increase to get enough protein in!

Why were you doing 4×25? You'd probably be better doing 2 sets until failure mate. I mean my first set of pushups is 50, then I do a set of 32, then a remainder set of 18. So eventually it'll be 2 sets of 50, then ill try for 55, 55. This way constantly forcing my muscles to do more. It's simple and addictive. K boges has videoes on the minimum effective dose for muscle growth. Good videoes! Thanks.

You should try using turkesterone for your next challenge. It's a legal steroid that doesn't have the side effects of other steroids supposedly. I don't know for sure. I haven't used it but it's pretty easy to get.
