Is that a pantry door or mechanical room across from the kitchen on the right as you are heading towards the 2 bedrooms? I adore this home! Wish the master was downstairs and the 2 bedrooms with a bath upstairs, but for another 10 years or so, I would enjoy that balcony every morning. Great home! Definitely on my saved homes. Property not bought yet but I am hoping it will be by April of ‘25. Sewerage and septic would be put in and then the build.

Very nice, it's just a shame the master is not downstairs it looked to be a decent size and has a beautiful bathroom with a clawfoot tub and separate shower, which is so nice to see, also the room had a place for a dresser as well as a closet! We don't usually see that in these videos! Also, I love the loft area over looking below, even though it was tiny! Although I must say the master and the master bath keeping it that same size would be better served if it were downstairs, especially for older folks and the guest room with a smaller standard size bathroom upstairs for over night guest! Also, a 1/2 bath for day guest downstairs. So a three bd, 2.5 ba would be sweet! Ih also a railing for thosenstairs leading upstairs!

I really like this one.. small but I like it. Add a another 3 or 4 hundred square feet and it would be perfect!!!! I wish you posted the plans. The way you show the layout, is hard to tell what some areas are. I'm thinking the proportion is out of scale. I mean very narrow stairs....

Back doors are more useful than side doors, unless the side door opens to a garage. Where does the exhaust for the dryer go?
