I'm glad that you are making videos now. I really liked your very first video you made in the past about how you cleared your acne. I hope one day I will understand why literally everybody these days seems to replace the carbo part (potatoes, soaked wild rice, soaked buckwheat) with veggies. I once read that it would be important to eat carbos,proteins and fats combined in one meal. And I have to say it is tastier and more satisfying to me. But, everybody likes different foods. And yes .. if you do want to spiralize I get that it would only work with the potatoes, BUT I wouldn't wanna get to pathetic about the shape of the carbo-part.
