Just made regular pasta and put this cheese sauce with it... topped with a little more nutritional yeast and had a side of tomatoes and avocado. Honestly the best pasta sauce I've ever tried. Perfect combo of flavors. Going in the recipe stash Yuuup :-P.

Raw Boy, you can get nutritional yeast for a lot less money when you go to any natural foods store and hit the bulk section. Usually about $8 per pound.

My dog even loves the nooch!! She eats plant based kibble , not because im a crazy vegan . But because she has horrible allergies and stomach issues and it has been the only food that has helped her. Vet approved of course. But if she sees the bottle of nutritional yeast she goes nuts. lol it is good for dogs . you should see if your dog likes it.

I love your videos on Instagram. I can't believe you have so few subscribers on here. I have to buy another veggie slicer or "VEGGETTI." What brand do you use to make your veggie spaghetti? Question: besides the cheese flavor, what is nutritional yeast used for? I want to remove meat from my diet eventually. I barely eat it now, but if I were to incorporate vegan style recipes into my diet I've read that nutritional yeast is important.

Recipe below .. Very tasty and satisfying! Made this with a couple of substitutions/additions. Really enjoyed and this recipe is a keeper. Thank you Raw Boy! Cashews (soaked) [I substituted 3/4 c. Macadamia nuts and 3/4c. sunflower seeds. No time to soak, and recipe was creamy and delicious.]] 1 lg. clove Garlic 1/4 (+/-) tsp. Garlic n herb seasoning 1/4 (+/-) tsp. Sea shakes (sea weed blend) 1/4 (+/-) tsp. Sea shakes (pepper blend) 1/8 tsp.scant Sea Salt Tumeric. 1 tbsp. +/- Cumin 2 tsp. +/- Chipotle seasoning 1/2 - 1 tsp. Nutritional yeast appx.1/4c +/- 1 green scallion Small section red onion (appx. 2 tbs chopped) Small Splash lemon juice (1T or so) Add Water (appx. 3/4 - 1 c. Start with half, add more water to thin as needed) to blend to desired thickness in high speed blender.

Rosa Violet I blend young coconut (meat + juice) with Thai red curry paste. Simple and delicious! Optional ingredient to blend could be coconut sugar to balance the heat, tomatoes, red bell pepper, etc. I like to make a big bowl with zucchini pasta, sliced mushrooms and chopped veggies, and mung bean sprouts

Hi Love your video.. I Love ice cream but my cholesterol is a little high... so I have to stay away from ice cream. So what I do is freeze fresh fruit and I'll blend it with almond milk or flaxseed milk, make it thick enough so it feels like I'm eating ice cream. But I'm going to try the fruit with orange juice.. thanks

Rosa Coria If you look back on Neto's recipes you will see that he makes something like ice cream using frozen fruits. Freeze some bananas (as a base, or by themselves) and any other fruit you might like with it and just blend them, starting with the bananas ... and it is so scrumptious! Check out his videos on 'nice cream'. Sorry if you've already seen that, but anyway, it is definitely my go to! Enjoy! :D
