Regular doctors arent trained in real Hormones for perimenopausal and menopausal women.They are also risk adverse to even testing your blood levels because that might mean they may have to treat you with hormones. AND THEY HAVE A HUGE HOSTILITY ;EVEN IF THEY DONT SHOW IT; FOR PROGESTERONE, TESTOSTERONE, and even other bioidentical hormones like DHEA, Nandrolone, and pregnenolone. Bare minimum, most women will need progesterone and testosterone. You need to go to hormone clinic like DEFY MEDICAL or ELEVATE. They can help but they dont take insurancd

Helpful reminders. I find it a double whammy when you have all these helpful tips to help with fatigue but brain fog is a symptom so remembering it all is daunting. I guess I need to write it down and simplify a way to get all those vitamins and minerals.

Thank you for all your work, your channel helps me a great deal. All this talk of eating and eating frequently, I have the opposite problem. I find my appetite goes away for two or three days at a time each month. I struggle to get food in! I drink water and add lemon juice to it. I'll drink plenty of herbal teas, but the food, I just can't force it down sometimes (my anxiety levels will be much higher during that time too, and I'll be lucky to be able to get even six hours of sleep the night before) hence the camomile tea). Have you ever heard of this before, or anyone else here ever experienced that too?
@AvogelCoUk

Hi Some people do find that they lose their appetite when stressed or anxious and if it's just for a few days then there is no reason to worry. Just make sure that you are still drinking enough water to avoid dehydration as this will only make anxiety worse! Great to hear that you are finding our channel helpful, thank you! Best Wishes Eileen

You're welcome Island Girl. Unfortunately, there are a lot of symptoms that can appear in the perimenopause/menopause, very often these can just be weak areas of your general health that 'give' under the pressure of the changing hormones! Best Wishes Eileen

Along with menopausal symptoms I have a host of other symptoms for which there is no explanation. i can only think of adrenal fatigue for my strange symptoms. Adrenal kealth is huge during menopause, anyone has adrenal symptoms going into menopause, literally bedridden :(

I’m 55 going thru menopause. 1 year ago I started feeling like my vulvar area travels thru the rectal area and the bottom of my feet feel like am on fire. DO YOU BY CHANCE KNOW WHAT COULD BE GOING ON? PLEASE SEND ME A MESSAGE MY WHOLE LIFE HAS CHANGED FOR THE WORSE.
@AvogelCoUk
@AvogelCoUk 2 жыл бұрын
Hi Ilaria There could be a number of reasons for this such as a prolapse, vaginal atrophy or even a trapped nerve in the spine. Each of these situations would require completely different treatments so it is really important to get a proper diagnosis from your doctor first. Without knowing the underlying cause, recommending something appropriate would be very difficult, sorry. Once you know the reason, and you still wish to treat it naturally, then please do get back in touch and I can see if we can be of help. Best Wishes Eileen

How does type 1 diabetes affect menopause?

Hi Luna A far more regular check may be needed on blood sugar levels during menopause, as hormonal fluctuations may cause changes to endocrine function that change medication requirements. Best Wishes Eileen
