“Brown bread” in india is fine as long as you get multi grain bread or whole wheat bread from trusted professional bakeries. Might cost ₹70-100 a loaf.

Bhai le inshort.. pasie h toh lelena but it has sugar and carbs in it.. so if you are natural then you need to be scientific about how to use sugar and carbs and really scientific if you have 60kg muscle you should not go more than 15gms of sugar perday.. how did this maths came is that daily sugar need is 20gm per day.. so what ever your weight is may be 100 200 kg ..not more than 20gm sugar you need.. so keep telling yourself that you need 15gms of sugar so even if you cheat your not going about the level and still be in insulin sensitivity region..

Noor Alam, take a break from exercises that involve stress on your legs, running, jumping, squats etc. Long walks can be dangerous too if you feel pain in shin after walking for a while, take a break Supplement on Calcium sources and Vitamin D. Use heat packs Shin Slint/ Stress Fracture is a very common problem but needs attention.

This is a great good video Would like a detailed video about these since they are used by every gym goer but are packed 1) Dr. Oetkar oats 2) Max protien bars and chips/snacks 3) Peanut butter 4) packed milk and yoghurt 5) "multi-grain" biscuits and breads Would like to know, please make a video. Exactly....or ye us companies milke hamara kaat rahi hai itne saalon se Bhai OATS MAGGI dekhlo...saala maide mein kuch % oats daalke healthy k Naam pe branding karte hai..knor soups hai or bhi boht cheezein hai or hum bewakoofo ki tarah healthy k Naam pe faaltu pay kar rhe hain😑😑😑 "NATURAL TOOTHPASTE" k naam pe saale 0.5%-1% natural ingredients daalte hai😤 or packaging pe Laung ki photo lagaa dete hai Customers hi bewakoof hai India mein
