At 55, I am told I look much younger, a student at a class I was teaching said I look 35 😊. This is what I do: I use retinol (not over my eyelids) every second or third evening, and vitamin C, i use red light therapy, micro current (Nuface but zip may be superior) , an amazing neck cream, of course copper serum every few days (very inexpensive, I use the ordinary) also a few serums, and I do consume hydrolyzed collagen, vitamin D , and I try to drink a good amount of water and exercise regularly, and I try to sleep on my back (I have a special pillow to help with this) hyaluronic acid is ok but it will suck the moisture out if u are in a dry climate, so slather moisture on top, also… some people like snail mucin for extra moisture or there are a few other good serums (esp Korean. Finds like beauty of Joseon), I haven’t tried NEWA yet for jaw laxity but I will try soon, laser treatments can be good too like Fraxel esp for under the eyes. For dry eyes, surprisingly, in addition to a heat mask and preservative free eye drops, caster oil, and the eyelets surprisingly seems to help lastly, I forget the name for it, but if you have quite dry eyes as I do, you can put your eye cream on and then put an ointment on top , Dr Dray recommends this , and it so works ! (Even Vaseline, if u have nothing else, will work). Yours in glass skin, cheers 🥂

I ditched teflon years ago and am currently using stainless steel. I see a lot of ads for "safe" non-stick pans like HexClad and wonder if what the celebrity chefs say about them is true. Is it worth paying the high price tag? I would like to see some safety studies on these new non-stick technologies before I pull the trigger and buy. I use a lot of olive oil, ghee, and avocado oil to cook, depending on what I'm making. I try not to over heat but have a whoopsy daisy sometimes. My Bosch dishwasher does a great job of cleaning, so it's not too much of an issue.

The problem with stainless steel pans is that it also contains aluminum Most stainless steel pans are 3 layers, they claim that the middle layer is aluminum and that heating the pan does not release the aluminum into the food, but I don't believe them In my opinion, the aluminum is released into the food when cooking. the iron pan - i dont like the fact the iron relese into the food i dont wanna excess iron in my diet, becuse iron cause free radical , which lead to aging. so i think all the options on a market not that good what is your opnion? what do you think about it ? which pan you like the most?

The point is; don’t overheat nonstick pans. They are meant for cooking eggs, fish, cheese & chocolate sauces, on LOW HEAT. It’s like using a butter knife to cut a steak- wrong tool.
@sunitafisher47582 ай бұрын
🌸 Tip for people new to cast iron cooking or steel cookware You have season it first to create the nonstick layer Put bit of oil heat and remove Make sure it’s cooled before wiping with paper towels Return pot to heat, add your cold oil, heat has to be just right Now cook I don’t use a lot of oil, so I cook with steam or roast in my iron cookware I do like dutch oven but for casseroles It’s easy to use once you know how 😊

@@CJDane-rf1jeI agree but, the whole sentence goes like this "depending where you live in the world (🌍) you use farenheit or celsius, mostly people uses farenheit", that statement is true in Canada and de USA, maybe. But not in the whole world, so mostly people (at a world level) is using Celsius. The people in the US plus the people in Canada is less than the people in the rest of the world, a minority. Im pointing this just because he mentioned the world, not North America. In North America 1/4 uses Celsius (130 million in Mexico), and 3/4 uses Farenheit (40 million in Canada + almost 350 million in USA, equal almost 390 million, which is 3 times the people in Mexico). So, 1/4 in North America uses Celsius. Almost everyone in USA, but a minority in the Earth.
