I love these ones when I’m not in the mood for heavy exercise but want to move my body . You’ve made me practice yoga daily and being an Indian I’m so happy to see the asanas being perfect ❤ much love to you ❤

hi, i have some suggestions to make! as much as i enjoy your gentle style of yoga, i do notice that your yoga focuses more on the upper body and you tend to stick to the same poses in your routines. i apologise if this isn't your style, but may i suggest incorporating new, perhaps more difficult poses in your routines, and especially to incorporate more lower body poses? it would be nice to stretch my legs out more in your classes rather than just doing the downward dog or the ragdoll fold...and to do more different poses overall. thanks as always for the class, i enjoy how gentle your classes are.
