Yoga makes me feel free and present. It allows me to feel at least once during my day, my breath. It allows me to literally drop all stress for that moment of presence. It makes me feel like me ❤️

Couldn't agree more, and thanks to you I'm still practicing daily. I was almost kidnapped while out walking one morning, just because I'm a woman. The police and politicians didn't really care, even though I lived in Highway of Tears country. I ended up with severe PTSD and I moved and restarted my life in a smaller community. Many days I didn't want to come to the mat, but I knew I could do just 5 minutes with you, so I kept showing up. I also used tapping, but my PTSD is now manageable, and I run a successful business teaching kids how to read and write. Thank you for everything you do for the world. You are by far one of the best yoga teachers online.

woohoo! I missed the namaste. 😄Yoga just...makes me feel good in my body. I feel like I've accomplished something for the day and my body thanks me for it. It helps loosen up tension and I feel more ready for the day. It is essential during my endo flares. I struggle with routines but my morning yoga is non-negotiable.

Yoga allows me to go back to the breath. To be more aware of my body, the stress I feel, and the tension I hold. It allows me to be more in touch with what I need to do to free myself of this stress. It just lowers my stress level and allows my nervous system to reset and relax. Thank you for your amazing videos!!❤

Good morning. I found your channel on Monday when I decided to start stretching in the morning. Yoga to me means understanding my body and myself and being intentional. I did my first yoga class many years ago and it helped me to break through some areas of past trauma. Now I'm using it to stretch and give my body space to be. Thank you.

I certainly appreciate that you have continued to take the time to provide us the space and time with yoga therapy, even in your time of not feeling your best. I am 74 and I suffer from chronic RA and osteoporosis. I started yoga about 2 months ago not just for flexibility but mainly to help me relax and increase my self esteem.... I have 1:1 private tuition once a month and I try and do some basic movement daily. I discovered your channel a couple of weeks ago. Thank you for being there. You inspire me to "go to the mat" daily... 🙏👌
