Thank you so much for doing this video. I have a chronic illness and POTS, and am trying to use yoga as an outlet ☺️ I started at the end of last week. The first video in this series I did 2-3 mornings in a row, and this video was today’s. I plan to do this for the next few days to really get it down. You are an amazing teacher!! Your words really help me remember WHEN to breathe, something I struggle with! And learning these yoga poses slowly is helping too. Thank you 💕

Thanks for this... liked it for the most part. However, found the pacing to be a bit fast regarding the down dog sequence....

MJEbony thanks so much for joining! Yes, this is a more fast pace style of yoga called vinyasa, it is actually a tad bit more gentle than a average vinyasa flow as the style of yoga is a continuous movement. What you may enjoy is a style called hatha yoga which is similar to vinyasa I think of it as the mommy to vinyasa. it has the same style of flow where you sync breath with movement except it offers longer holds so you are taking in more breath cycles with Hatha rather than vinyasa where you are constantly moving.
