A wonderful interview with Violet Richele describing her early life and subsequent awakening. She discusses childhood trauma, challenges of early adulthood, and the process that led her to being free of the illusory boundaries of separation, isolation, and struggle.

For me with similar experience, nature has been my healing influence. I am an elder now and still healing and have found my spiritual teachers. I think all of it was the way it was meant to be. I am aware that envy is one of the 7 deadly sins, but I feel it when I see all that you are accomplishing. I have felt like an outsider with so much locked inside me.

I think it’s absolutely beautiful that you have made a space for people to share their awakening experience. There’s not a lot of space for people to have these conversations. I know that there’s a lot of discussion about waking up going on out in the world but there’s something very different here. It’s seems so genuine and comfortable. It’s not like a teacher and seeker kind of environment but a lovely space where the experience can be shared between people that have the understanding of what is. I hope that makes sense.

So beautiful. Thank you for sharing. So helpful. Authentic. "Living and loving unapologetically authentically" = no separation. "In love with love." Helps me to see what is possible. I LOVED this conversation. Everyday I am asking myself what am I hiding? Freeing myself from a prison of my own construction. Authenticity=truth=liberation. Analogy of "trust the air" perfect for explaining intuition and instinct. Totally in the moment. Totally present. Comfortable with the unknown sounds so exciting! .

Massive thank you to Violet for her pointings on recognising how intuition is the answer to the unspoken prayer of the heart. This came as a direct answer to my journalling enquiry this morning ! ! it was a tailor made insight to a block I have been experiencing. Brilliant the way she linked it to self-enquiry and I feel that my Journalling could be the way I practice self-enquiry. Thank you both so much for your sharing and insights it’s like food for the soul to hear conversations like this. An oasis in a desert of alienation hahaha. I just love her just " Love". My trauma comes from a whole systemic of what I resonate " narcissistic abuse system", " This " I am" was the scapegoat. So the authentic part of my person, was used, abused, discarded over and over. All this, photographic memory. I have spent the last 14 months as what I express as " walking through the valley of shadow of death " the sense " actively " dying. I recognize, 25 year nurse. That " moral injury ". Oh my internal vibrations, that I reasoned away to "my anxiety ". I kept having repetitive dejavu of my purpose. " all revealed" snippet by snippet of my " higher self". Guiding me, through 55 years of abuse that was hidden " in plain site", I had the knowing, that my abuse was uncomfortable, words never matched their actions. I felt the pain, of my abusers, abusing me. I live with it. But, now I can literally feel the energy . Me too, my abuse, pushed my spirit through the darkest of dark. I could go on and on. Love your view, I am feeling, along with both of you!!! ZDOGG too, loved the videos. I was in it, living it. Because this is all me!!!! Thank you, I made it, 55.

I woke up from lots of little things, but what pushed me over was realizing that I have (had) a cluster B personality disorder (DSM-5) Borderline Personality Disorder. I then suddenly 'saw' that my personality (ego, false self) was other than I, and I was, and I am and we are. I'm sober, in AA. I got sober during covid and had nothing alse to do, so I went to almost 2000 AA meetings in a year (on zoom). And I began to love all of these people, all of humanity, the individuals that make up the everything. I saw 'personalities'. This was just before I woke up, I didn't know why I was doing this, other than I really liked it. Being able to see all these personalities, and then seeing that I have a personality and we all have personalities (egos) and they're the same thing. I observe/know/realize, personalities, including my own (when I want to😃). If I interact with a personality disorder person, I know everything that person will do and has done and no one can lie to me!🤯 For real! Has anyone else here found themselves totally rewriting all of the personality disorders in the diagnostic and statistical manual of the American Psychology Association? Because you KNOW everything about psychology? Oh yeah! The AA 12 steps are an enlightenment map. And they knew it when they wrote them. Carl Jung was clearly awake. Bill W. , and Doctor Bob were too, you can tell. I never KNEW this until 3 months ago, and I've been around "the program" for 30 years! Being is good.

Always good pointers in these videos. I never really thought about air or oxygen. Oxygen enters through the breath and permeates through the blood and carbon dioxide leaves the blood and body. Even if you hold your breathe, cells are shedding to the universe and food from the universe is metabolizing. When you drink water, when does it cease to be water and become you! No matter how solid, separate, permanent and independent you feel, there is never a moment you could ever be separated from this. Physical birth depended on the food that was eaten to create the seed of you, never separate. Even in physical death there's no separation, the body is lifeing something.

This is so strange. I came across this after commenting on your video yesterday and this lady's story is almost identical to mine. Foster care at 8, trauma, OCD, fascination with art (in my case music). I had to stop watching when she started talking about therapy and how they would never ask how you were doing. And how adults behaved strangely in her eyes. All things I contemplated at that age too. It became too eerily similar. Wow, how strange.

It sounds as though this was a gradual natural awakening prodded by inquiry but the sense is that after a lifetime of inner child and shadow work the time was ripe to be set free. It's so interesting to hear also the way you speak about early suffering as being "meant to be" somehow. The sense that the storyline doesn't feel real post awakening - is this because life is only lived in the present fully engaged? This moment is all that exists. The storyline only exists as a memory thought so it's a literal recreation which feels real to the mind bound self.

My awakening process appears so different from what I hear and see on KZbin and podcasts . I don’t know if it’s even the same but I also know that there is no such thing as “ same “ so that’s ok. I imagine what I would say if I was being questioned on my childhood and stuff and it just seems that my childhood doesn’t matter at all. There’s nothing I can say that would benefit anyone . Nothing . I think there are possibly more people that “ wake up” and don’t say a word about it to anyone , ever ( even though it appears that everyone wakes up and starts a KZbin channel 😆) Edit: I don’t consider myself finished with this beautiful awakening process . I am just in the current

I can relate. It’s quite common to have an awakening and even liberation and not yea h or talk about it publicly. It just seems like everyone who wakes up starts a you tube channel bc well how would you bump into those who have had an awakening and know it if they don’t talk about it? Personally I didn’t talk about it at all with anyone for about 15 years, bc there’s nothing to say about it. There still isn’t.

If I had my own KZbin channel I would definitely donate some of the money but not ALL of it 😆 I’ve never seen a Basenji in my shop personally although I welcome it . I don’t know if I have a favorite breed really. I love dogs so much . Dog grooming just completely fell into my life . It’s actually a weird story . I was working as a dog bather and was learning how to groom and the owners got a divorce and I was out of a job and wanted to learn to groom so I offered to groom the dogs in my neighborhood for practice and didn’t charge anything . I did that for about a month and had so many people wanting to come back and pay so I went through all the legal processes to run a home grooming business and BAM ! I was a self employed business owner just like that. That was 10 years ago . I had absolutely nothing to do with it. How beautiful

Do you think it's possible to reach and stay in the higher state of non-duality and still having relationships with the opposite gender ? I'm not talking about Nirvikalpa samadhi ; it seems to be possible for this state, but beyond : the nissankalpa samadhi (without intention), the nirvrittika samadhi (returned back), or even the nirvasana samadhi (without residual conditioning). We know Master Jean Klein, or closer, Master R. Spira and Adya, having a wife. Even legendary bodhisattvas. Muhammad and his 9 wives and 2 slaves. But are those masters really in the higher state and still doing those activities, or are those masters still subtly trapped in the manifestation ? Of course if we ask them why continuing having those contacts, they would say that they are not identified with their body, deeds and thoughts of desires. Just enjoying without being attached. Yes. Like the story of this thief stealing and saying 'It's not me but my hand'. What are your opinion about what seems to be a hidden slavery ? Thanks for your reply.

Oh, the imaginary Self is seeking the solution to an imaginary problem. JUST THIS is perfect as is. Stop seeking. Allow and Accept.

A beautiful story💛....but,....doesn't that sustain the whole system of being able to reach, to be able to find.....what is.....it's just this story that appears. ...that's all....who does that help...the thoughts? There is only what is....everything else is imagination, thoughts. Intuition, trust, memories, trauma...all thoughts💭 Anything can appear when watching a movie...thoughts, emotions, body sensations...but who is this useful for? I don't know🙃.... at the moment I don't know anything

Hi, I think I understand what you mean... Violet also refers to the awakening as a kind of a story that feels like it happened to a character she read in a book... Here's something I'm curious about... So she did say that when she felt the memory of the awakening it was almost as though she was re-living the experience all over again. So then my confusion is that if thoughts are memory visuals, then a memory is a thought? Do thoughts then reinforce the illusion of the separate character? Sorry if this question sucks 😂 I'm just so confused right now because I feel like honestly I am a character in a story. My life doesn't quite feel real- I feel like I'm going through the motions but that I don't know... I'm just curious if you can relate to that? Feel free to ignore 😂 I'm thinking out loud here 💭💭💭

Is it normal to feel like you have no control over life? I feel like I'm going on autopilot and I don't know why I do or say the things I do. It is actually just happening and I feel like I'm in the passenger seat. Feel so confused. I don't really get this process. My mind is grappling to make sense.

@Nat Memory as a thought....confusion as a thought💭...just that... can you show me the confusion? What does she look like.....or is it just a thought of confusion?

@@birgit8996 you're so laser sharp... The confusion... is a thought of confusion? And the reason I feel confused is because I'm attached to this thought of "I'm confused" but I need to investigate who is the "I" this thought refers to?

@@birgit8996 I can't show you the confusion because yes, it's a thought. So what is happening is I'm getting sucked into thought attachments and I'm believing the story they tell me. It's so hard to detach from it. In this moment right now I can see that right here in my immediate reality there's only what is appearing before me, nothing more than that. I just need to keep practicing becoming more aware of thoughts because I'm so easily spellbound by the story.
