But, I also like eating Ramen, and the Best Ramen restaurant that I’ve ever been is Kadue Syokudou part of Shinshirakawa city in Fukushima pref. Their noodle is so unique that curly and chewy texture like Udon noodle and they make it from scratch by hands. Check this out, if you have time!!

Cool to see that you are collaborating with Frank I look forward to the ramen series. Though your lobster miso ramen looked really good, you should check out Taku from Ourdoor Chef Life. He made a lobster ramen on the beach with lobster that he caught. He also made a lobster carpaccio/sashimi. The store bought ramen he used is from Sun Noodle which supplies many top ramen shops across the U.S., including Hawaii. Frank, if you ever venture outside of Japan, i hope you get a chance to try it. Here's Taku's video. The cooking part of the video is around the 6 minute mark. kzbin.info/www/bejne/gGHThGWina1jjMU
