Qi gong needs to be slower. You're going way too fast. This is more like breathing exercise. Normal for monks to practice get blood flowing. More like a cultural thing for exercise. I know you're there at that deer valley park too

Try thinnning foods like lots of water throughout day, Intermenttent fasting (much easier) lots of fruits and veggies to hydrate and rid of sodium, and weight loss if needed AND aged garlic extract (look up "kyolic")

@yourangel4358, how long did you do qigong before you saw results? My blood pressure is terrible even with medication, I've been doing qigong for a little over a week and afraid to take my pressure because I fear it will not have come down and will discourage me. Even a little decrease would make me so happy. I'm feeling a lot better physically, though.

Master, I'm 46 years old and injured my back 12 years ago. I've been waking up for the last 5 day doing this 20 min routine and my back is healing. 5 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been in pain for years and had issues with sleeping and I finally found the solution. I can't thank you enough for your journey in life because you sharing what you have learned his helping others. It's healing them mentally, physically, and spiritually. I can't wait for the day that I meet you face-to-face to give you the biggest hug! You have a beautiful day and sending you lots of love from the Charlotte, NC USA.

I suffered a back injury aged 42. I was given 5 exercises to do am and pm. I went for years able to live more or less pain free and continue my active life. There were days when, because of my work, I exacerbated the original damage. Hence the need for occasional pain relief. They were standard western physiotherapy stretches. It doesnt have to be a monk in a misty morning. Just a young lady in a hospital uniform. 😊 As soon as I saw this man using film making techniques I was put off. If you need to 'sell' me something then I know I dont need it.

@@helenamcginty4920 that is such a mean and insufficient comment! If there is no filming many of us would never be able to see and learn new techniques. There’s so much positive in these videos, and the last place you should come to share your grudges. You could use these workouts as they help mental state as well

Thank you so much! How blessed we are to be able to learn from you, even though we're thousands of miles apart. I really enjoyed this session. I struggled with the Tiger, because my knees aren't great these days, but I simply adapted anyway - as the peaceful, nourishing spirit of Qi Gong has taught me to. Qi gong has taught me to listen to my body on a such a deep and heartfelt level. I hope it will free and inspire many more human hearts just as it did mine. And once again, deepest gratitude for this refreshing, gentle flow.

I'm enjoying your Qi-Gong 10-30min daily for 2 weeks now and it has not only improved my mental health but also my gut health. Body awareness and cultivating "Non-thinking" is exactly what I need to Heal and Cultivate at this stage in my Life. Thank you from Texas, Brother Shi Heng Yi

Since writing the OP, I've completed both the Home Course and the 6-day course. (Talk about waking up toe and finger Qi channels!) I believe strongly in "Digital Mentors," discovering new ones each year based on my challenges. You've been a key mentor for both physical and mental development. I'm still listening to Wim Hof and Andrew Huberman, whose views on healing align well with your concept of “bone marrow cleansing.” On my journey to remove dependency, I found AA's ideology didn't work for me. I leveraged various support systems, including my cousin in the rehab industry who helped me kickstart my new Life’s commitment with a 6-day detox (which I crushed). I can't admit to being a victim of an incurable disease. Instead, I sought what works for me. You, Master Shi Heng Li, became a “digital sponsor” who helped me love myself through Qi-Gong. Andrew Tate also influenced me with his “Execution instead of emotion” approach. David Goggins remains a favorite of mine for his mere relentless self-actualization. Other 2024 digital mentors include: - Wim Hof: Owning an ice plunge has been a game changer. - Andrew Huberman: His work aligns beautifully with your teachings on how movement and mentality affect biochemistry. - Justin Waller: A Louisiana-born construction maverick using Tate’s methods for marketing and perspective management. - Jason Breshears (www.archaix.com): His interpretations of ancient texts and reality as a simulation are compelling, and he's a fellow Texan. I hope this helps those looking for digital mentors aiding my “Thrivliness” in 2024.

I just did half of this and I needed to take a break but oh wow. I feel so good. When I feel anxious my legs stop working properly and these past few months that’s almost every day… but I just went along with this and didn’t worry if I fell down… and I didn’t fall!
