I finally got the new transmission crossmember thanks to Aaron Rue and I picked up a kit to make 1000HP out of the box.

You really put a lot of attention to detail even in places no-one will ever see. It's definitely worth doing this, because you know it's done right and you won't have any issues down the track. You mentioned that you will be touring around the country with this wagon, but unfortunately, I'll never get to see it, unless you decide to tour Australia some time, which would be highly unlikely. So I'll just have to enjoy it in your videos.

I have a shop with no ac myself. I use an old squirrel cage fan out of an air handler or furnace. They blow a ton of air and are super quiet compared to a stand up blade fan.

Yeah my shop usually stays pretty cool it has a cross breeze but when there is no wind it gets up there

@@Junkyard_Dave Same with mine. Im in a valley and have a door on each end of the shop. Its nice most of the time but Im not one for the heat. Its one of the few things that make living in the north cool. I mean i still dont think id trade the rust for your type of heat.

Haha Dave you use raptor liner in bed. That must be really rough 😂. But car is so close can't wait to see it 60% because we both know you won't get to 100 or even 90% till you drive it fix it ,sema, then redo odds and ends then be close the that 90/10% rule. That last 10% take 90% of time to get where you want.

I understand that everything takes time especially on a one off, and that you are designing everything yourself, but I wish you would stick to one build at a time. I truly believe you would have finished this one had you not bounced around to so many time, and labor intensive projects. That said I do like your content. I do think that this is really cool. @@Junkyard_Dave that's fine. Do it how you want but I believe your kit won't need to include things like the trans and transfer case. Include all the coustom parts like drive shafts, subframes, a-arms and cross members. Make it like a builders kit. I/we can sorce the stock type parts. And just include a list of the other parts that will need to be purchased separately. What's the ball park price 15k-20k just for your coustom parts?

Are you going to buy factory speed parts for your engine when you build your 426 or have your own stuff tweaked? I know Mopar’s different stage kits are pretty good and reliable but don’t know about them on a boosted application? I guess they’re meant for superchargers so they’d probably be ok although again not sure at the hp you’ll be running. Can’t wait to hear her finally running.

You should try quick releases on your bumper. I know it's kinda late and painted but would save you a lot of time removing and replacing if you need to repair anything
