I was able to get all of the new arms from AAD Performance figured out and installed, after that I cut up the oil pan so I can remake it to work with the Trackhawk AWD!!!

Yes. You need to keep in mind that under acceleration the oil might not flow to the front of the oil pan causing the engine to starve for oil and cause all sorts of damage.

Just as well that you knew what you were doing with cutting up that $1,500 oil pan and being able to re-design it in Solid Works. It could have ended up a pile of scrap metal if you didn't know what you were doing. But by the time it's finished, it will be customized to your requirements, just like the vehicle. I was concerned about the oil going to the back of the sump with acceleration, but reading other comments, it seems that you have it all under control and worked out so it won't be an issue.

Increased oil capacity over stock oil pans has been proven to provide little, if any, benefits. A dry sump seems to be better suited for your application. The only issue is available space in your engine bay.

Everybody keeps suggesting dry sump, but if you did that wouldn't it require a big remote reservoir? Where would you put that? I can't envision a front sump which will fit, hold enough oil, and not be in the way of your accessories. I'd go back to the rear sump, and weld in an angle-cut aluminum tube off the side of the pan in the rear. On the positive side those control arms are like jewels. Elegant design, fantastic finish. Kudos.
