I have one of these in my D4, the team also sent me 3 different 3D printed mounts - I went with the dashboard mount, just a push fit and has stayed in place for a year now. Great bit of kit, I make good use of the auto levelling when sleeping in my iKamper. A great rack for ikamper and definitely worth checking out is the Out-Back rack, completely flat fits a treat and unlike FrontRunners Slimline II doesn’t need additional slates to raise the tent over the edge, because there aren’t any edges in the first place 🤓😎

Verstehe nicht wofür man es braucht... besitze auch einen Disco4 Bj2016, bist jetzt kam ich immer sehr gut zurecht, mit dem Funktionen im Auto

Hey, das hängt immer ganz davon ab für was man es einsetzen möchte. Fährt man mit dem Disco nur auf Straßen und gelegentlich auf Schotterwegen, so wird dies nicht von Nöten sein. Geht man aber z.B. Campen im Gelände und schläft im Auto, so lässt sich das nivellieren damit das Fahrzeug immer gerade steht. Weiters kann man die Höhe auf der Autobahn absenken um so den Windwiderstand zu verringern und Sprit zu sparen. Es hat auch eine Notfallfunktion für das Fahrwerk im Falle eines Fehlers und vieles mehr, dass das Auto von Haus aus nicht kann. Hey! No, not this system, but the MudTech system that we had in our old Discovery 4. The MudTech system is simpler and offers less functionality than the XLifter system. But it was also cheaper. It was because it is no longer produced. But I can really recommend the Xlifter because it’s much easier to install and I love the extended functionality! Best regards, Peter

Xlifter was the first controller with self levelling. Another advantage is wireless controller - so you can plug in anywhere in the vehicle without routing cable to main unit like other products Next and biggest for us is that remote has display so you can see what you are doing and not guessing, and you don’t need to remember how many times to press/hold/ turn like with easy lift… Plus you have more other functions than easy lift, like compressor temperature monitoring etc

Hi Peter, danke wiedermal für den super Content. Habe mir nun auch den XLifter gekauft. Würde die Fernbedienung gerne sauber verbauen, ohne das ein Kabel sichtbar sein soll. Hast du einen äh lichen Plan und machst dazu noch ein Video? Viele Grüße

Hallo Walter, das hatte ich im schwarzen verbaut und war eigentlich auch immer zufrieden damit. Jedoch bietet das XLifter Modul schon ein paar sehr praktische Dinge mehr im Gegensatz zum Anitas. Danke dir auch, Peter
