I love it. It seems almost like a combination square with its center finder built in. Just a suggestion but by relieving one of the teeth of the center finder I think you could use the other to mark 45° along the side of the board

I also was thinking of making a similar thing but you were quicker than me. Now I need to think of something else to keep my ideas original but I'm afraid while I decide on what to do you'll be ahead of me again. I better stop thinking of doing something altogether and watch what others do! That way I can save on tools and materials as well.

Very clever use of a spring to keep distance while setting up and of course adding a 45 degrees cut meeting the edge of the ruler. Thank you for sharing. A new improvement on that basic tool.

Step 1 is self-locking because a spring loaded button is held down. Step 2 is to lock it securely using the bolt knob. Thank you

Я сделал разметочный рейсмус из склеенных кусочков дуба, ясеня и бука. Получилось очень красиво. Но спустя несколько лет вся красота исчезла. Хотя дерево было хорошо высушено (старинный паркет), но всё равно из-за различного коэффициента температурного и влажностного расширения отдельные слои стали выпирать во все стороны. Думаю, что данное изделие ждёт та же судьба.

Спасибо за комментарий. Конечно, если я использую его долгое время, может наступить время, когда я не смогу его использовать. В таком случае я сделаю новый калибр для маркировки. Тогда мы превратим это в лучшую идею. В этом мире нет ничего вечного.

У меня из массива, за год выгнуло среднюю часть вдоль паза линейки, но у меня на шкантах, разобрал прошлифовал и опять рейсмус как новенький ))

대각을 젤 때 쓰는 부분에 치수가 안보여서 약간 아쉽네요.. 치수쪽 위를 끌이나 사포로 갈아서 숫자를 보이게 하기에는 어려움이 있나요? 아니면 위쪽 나무의 모서리쪽은 아크릴을 레진 접착해도 좋겠다는 생각을 해봤습니다..힘받는 부분아니라서 가능하지 싶은데요..

실제 사용 해보면 대각 치수도 보이긴 합니다. 한눈에 들어올 정도로 잘 보이는건 아니지만요. 아크릴로 만들어도 좋겠네요. 다음 버전을 만든다면 참고해 보겠습니다. 감사합니다.
