Congrats on receiving such a wonderful gift box of products! I bought a set of RADA knives years ago and they are still the favorite ones I reach for every time. I love the balance of the knives, and the thin, sharp blades.

I absolutely love my Rada cutlery! Just this past weekend I purchased a second peeler because one was not enough this past canning season and the cheapie peelers you can get elsewhere just didn't make the cut. Congrats on your awesome acquisition!

The sweet elder lady said those were the best knives she ever used and to be careful cause they were sharp. She was right the best knives I have ever used! we have been buying one ever time we visit the store. I LOVE the granny peeler the most. God Bless

So happy for you! I love Rada! These knives really do last a lifetime! When my grandma past away in 1986, I was given her knives and I still am using them. I have bought a lot on own also. They sharpen really easy too. The handles will tarnish is the dishwasher is the only problem I've ever had. The black handled ones are fine though. The long paring knife will slice potatoes so thin you don't need a mandolin to make potato chips. I will be check out the stone wear pan for sure. They do fundraisers with churches and schools too. I have bought some that way also. Have a great night.

I am in the process of switching all my knives to Rada! I look at the knives I reach for all the time and will be replacing them with this brand. I also have a block full of knives that I seldom even reach for except for the steak knives. That will all change very soon!

I bought some rada knives when my grandson's junior class was selling them to make money for their senior trip. My grandson is now 28. I love, love, love these knives. They are still sharp and have never had to sharpen them yet and they get used a lot as I can everything from jams to meat. My hubby even uses one of them to fillet his fish . I could go on and on about how much I adore my knives but I'm sure you get the picture. By the way the tomato knife does cut like butter through the tomatoes.

I have worked in restaurants and have used over priced, European made chef's knives. Rada knives are, in my opinion better. They are lighter, sharper and have more durability.

Hi Noreen, I meant to tell you some time ago that I finally got me some of those knives. They are *totally awesome*, I love them! I couldn't believe how thin I could slice a tomato or meat with them, I was as tickled as a child on Christmas day who got every thing they wanted. Now all I have to do is get me some of the steak knives and I'll be all set. That last knife that you opened in the one I use the most and the bread knife is second to none that I have ever used. Thank you again for this video, I'll never buy any other kind of knife again. =)

If you like to put your knives in the dishwasher get the ones with the composite covered handles. They are the same handles just covered in a black composite material that wont turn.

I inherited Chuppa knives from my grandmother. They are probably over 70 yrs. old. They are similar to Rada; very durable and sharp. They are not made anymore however. When I was a kid I remember Rada knives for sale at the State Fair. I have purchased several Rada knives on Ebay. Grandmother also left me some U.S. Army issue aluminum handled knives. I have always had a thing for this kind of knife.

Wow, Noreen! Love this video! I've been struggling with inferior knives for far too long but haven't done any research into suitable replacements and now I don't have to, thanks to you sharing this unboxing with us. I've alreada checked out Rada's website and picked out everything I want to order. I'll probably end up with every last product they offer - their prices are so reasonable, who could resist? Besides, if Noreen has 'em, that's enough of a stamp of approval for me!

@wayne195510 жыл бұрын
Thank you for this Noreen. I have spent decades looking for some quality kitchen knives, I have spent a small fortune on them just to find out they were basically crap. About a year ago now while doing yet another search for kitchen knives I ran across the Rada site. As I was looking around there and reading what they had to say I was just dumbfounded that a quality knife could be so cheap, so I didn't order any because I figured they were cheaply made knives. Now thanks to you I know they aren't and I'll be ordering me some real soon. Thank you again, and my thanks to Rada as well. =)
@NoreensKitchenOfficial10 жыл бұрын
I would seriously put these knives up against the likes of Wustof and Henkel's. Both of which I have used in the past in professional kitchens. Those knives pale in comparison to these. I am not just saying that either! Those other "Professional" knives are bulky and heavy and in some cases, hard to deal with if you have smaller hands. The Rada knives are amazing and the blades are nice and thin. They cut through things like butter! You will love them! And the real plus here is that you can get a whole set of the Rada knives for less than what you can buy one chef's knife from some other "chefy" brand knives.
@wayne195510 жыл бұрын
Noreen's Kitchen Yes, I've used some of those high priced knives in professional kitchens myself and I was not impressed with them that much. I've also bought the cheap sets like Ginsu and Miracle Blade, and yes when you first get them they're sharp as a razor, but they get dull really fast and they don't resharpen well at all. So when I saw the Rada knives and the prices I figured they were like Ginsu and the others, but now thanks to you and them I know better. Come the first of the year I'll be getting some for myself as well as my younger sister as we both do a lot of cooking and have need of good knives. =)

Thank you for this video. I ve lived in my home for 2 1/2 years without buying some items because I felt the prices were too high. I love their pricing and the items seem sturdy. I purchased the chef's knife, sharpener, and pizza cutter today. Now my kitchen is complete.

Love, love, love these knives. I have had mine for 3 years now and they are still in like-new condition. I threw out all of my dull old knives of various brands, and never looked back. I will never buy another brand; and made in USA, perfect.

I have several of the Rada knives. The first is the tomato knife and is a must have for anyone who cuts or dices tomatoes. I also have the Bagel slicer. It is wonderful for slicing bread. The small paring knife is good for peeling and dicing. My only complaint, and that may be my knife skills, is the Chef's knife. It tends to roll a little when chopping because the blade is so thin. However, it cuts right through an onion with ease "because" it is so thin. Great gift for demo.

I don't know why that I have never heard of Rada knives before. Will look at their site. Several years ago I got tired of bad knives & spent a lot on 4 knives of another brand that I do really like but I can always use several more. Thanks for the stuffing bread recipe. It is in the oven now & looks beautiful. I used my lovely Bosch mixer with not one groan from the machine with that heavy dough. I don't use extra wheat gluten & they raised very well. Thanks for your recipes & info.

Very cool! Makes me wish I only had crappy knives so I could justify buying a whole new set. I know I'll be ordering the tomato knife and looking hard at the clay cookwear. The German clay cookwear I love(ed) so much is now made in Mexico and is not nearly the quality it once was. You'll make a good spokes person for this company.

My mother has been using their knives for 20 + YEARS!! Me not so many LOL ....Not sure how she ever found out about them, I get new ones every year, as mine mysteriously disappear, but I use the paring knives daily, and there is not a better knife out there
