I think you just need to read stories on The Secret website to give you motivation. Just keep watching AJ's videos. Keep writing a gratitude journal. And as soon as you feel negative or a negative thought slipping in, you just immediately need to STOP yourself and immediately substitute that thought with a positive one! Because once you let a negative thought in, it keeps spiralling and getting worse! Good luck to you!! :)
