AJ, you are a true blessing. I was feeling pretty confused about this focus on your desire but detach from it thing that it was actually generating negative energy in the form of frustration. Your video has made it all clear for me. It makes me think of the kid who's father promised him a bicycle by the end of the week and the kid had absolute faith and trust that his bicycle was coming to him by the end of the week. All the kid could think about was the bicycle and he was truly excited about it. He had no negative energy surrounding his desire, only pure excitement and belief. Bless you.
