Awful Landlord Illegally Evicts Black Single Mom. Then This Happens

Diana Johnson is looking forward to celebrating her daughter's first birthday. The single mother is planning a small gathering with her parents and sister. However, when her landlord, Mr. Primo finds out about the get together, he forces her to cancel. Later, the awful landlord serves her with an eviction notice and demands that she leaves the property immediately. Then when Mango Park Police Captain James Porter arrives on the scene, he must decide how to deliver justice to this mean-spirited slumlord.

Alternate Ending: Primo went to jail and lost his property and baby Delilahs family bought it. After Primo got out of jail nobody wanted to rent to him because they heard his story so he spends the rest of his life in a homeless shelter.

Realistic ending: Primo bails out of jail, gets back home and with shotgun in hand bangs on the door. Waking Delilah's mother up. Peering through a window, she sees Primo attempting to barge in , she calls 911 for police. She grabs Delilah in puts her in her bedroom opens her nightstand where she kept a loaded M1911A1 . 45 Automatic. Primo breaks in demands she leave and levels the shotgun at Delilah and works the pump action to chamber a round. Delilah's mother understandably sees red and rage, and in the blink of an eye, she fires all eight .45 ACP rounds in Primo's chest. Primo dies nearly instantly. Captain Porter arrives on scene, sees what happened to Primo, ask if they're are cameras, there are and the footage replayed. Porter says he'll have to take her gun as evidence but assures Delilah's mother that this was a more than clear case of self-defense and protecting her child. Prosecutor gets hold of the shooting, video and other evidence. He decides no charges should be filed. A clear case of self-defense and thus justifiable homicide. Primo's family attempted to sue but they don't have a case. Delilah's mother did sue Primo's estate for the entire property, settled out of court transferred the deed to her. One less covert racist jerk in the world and perhaps a warning to others.

My add on: Under the charges for threatening a police officer, the landlord had to pay a $10,000 fine, and was sentenced to prison for 10 years. During the landlord’s time in prison, a petition was made to remove him as the landlord, and all tenants filed for restraining orders against him.
