@@zacmills8752 they should be able to defend them selves but support heroes are supposed to be heal that is their primary objective and they should be one of the first pieces required to take out to win a team but most of the new support are constructed as a dps who in the right hands can blow through most of the dps and can heal a little or in burst or provide a little utility. The best example of this is sym who literally got moved to dps cause she didn’t heal and her kit was better suited for dps. All support should be less damaged based when trying to defend themselves and more escape or repositioning based, and I don’t mean reducing their damage to such a degree that it’s useless but some can def be tuned down. But my main point here is that every support should be able to solo heal the team cause the meta would shift in favor of healing your team rather than taking down the enemy yourself and with that much heals people playing the role are forced to do their job or they would lose by heal diff.

I don’t think that giving her that headshot damage would be OP. Also, they have been seen reducing soujourn’s multipler to 1.5x headshot instead of 2.0x, so I don’t see why not.

She's extremely mobile, but doesn't do a lot of damage. So while she can take 1v1s and out maneuver and possesses insane harass potential, any situation involving enemy sustain and you're going to get outlasted. Her ult, though... that seems like a massive middle finger in a team fight, lmao. The lock on ability seems like trash atm. It needs faster lock on or more damage.

Yeah I agree, her burst cant out dps much healing. I think a big problem is that its a 12 round burst and most players only hit 50-60 dmg out of the 80 something it does while ppl are moving. Cant say much abt the ult its kind of annoying to out dps the heals it gives. I think the lock-on ability should just be a couple of bap nade type projectiles that you can shoot out and heal/deal damage with. Lock-on in general does not feel good to me.

I think people are highly underrating her mobility. Armored Core V was a departure from it's series where, instead of being able to fly as high as your energy capacity could take you, you were confined to wall jumps limiting the height you could attain. It's very similar in Juno's case. She has the ability to double jump up to her highest point and keep that height to move to where she needs to be. Obviously I don't know all the high grounds she can or can't reach with her raw jumps yet, but you essentially want to climb using her jumps and glide to keep the height and/or dive onto a target from above if you are committing. So using things like the payload to get on Kings Row high grounds (if she can't already reach the high grounds) or even things like cars or barrels is what you need to look for. It's almost like Moira's fade mobility but infinitely more controllable (Genji having wall climb on top of the double jump makes it not AS comparable when trying to reach certain heights since he obviously has 0 issues with that).

With Juno you have to consider her model size. She is one of the hardest to hit characters in the game, plus the speed and double jump, I think she is the ultimate survivability character, which is actually super useful. If she had good damage too it’d be too much. Baptiste you could argue has damage and survivability, but I think Baptiste is waaay easier to kill than Juno as a Tracer main. Juno if she knows how to move and use the speed rings is very hard if not impossible to track down.

Not sure if this is true but I was messing around in the practice arena and it looks like Juno's bullets actually go through allies, so you can shoot allies in the back and if there are enemies in front of them your shots both heal ally and damage opponents. I'm sure it won't change how Awkward plays, but this does seem like this would make solo off-angle plays less valuable with Juno.

i feel like this one is one of the characters that suit you the most as support, because you can deal damage although it has low kill capacity, you create offangles and opportunities to exploit her potential to the most, while providing utility for the team with speed, damage and healing at the same time, maybe they should buff her right click speed or locking speed and make her shift more maneuverable vertically with another jump only while "flying" but overall i think you can do a lot with her

The thing about Juno is is that yeah maybe you aren't rewarded with self healing or headshots but her absurd mobility gives you the reward of insane up-time. It's easier to kill kiri or bap than Juno cause she can just speed behind cover or to a health pack. Majority of the time she'll be the last to die in all team fights, if anything she'll probably speed back to spawn to regroup with her team rather than dying. The ability to die less causes the other team to have less ult charge as well.

Her physics collision box is probably a pill shape, so its spherical below her, anything CLOSE to this spherical part will just cause her to slide upward... if you hit a wall ur hitting it with the cylindrical part of the collision box, so no going up. XD

i think the design of this character is actually very good except for the speed warp; the utility is all fairly selfish like the glide and missiles, so nothing that would feel very unfun playing against, and moving in this game is always awesome, so the juno should be having fun too. it's not much damage, which probably should be improved a little bit through the m1 or the m2 (maybe make the m2 chargable while shooting m1 for more burst potential) but honestly if all supports were a little more in this power range i would appreciate it a lot.

Haven't watched yet... my guess? DAMAGE DAMAGE DAMAGE. After watching a bit a few things I've noticed: the damage fall off range seems to start at about 30 meters? That means your ideal positioning is a bit closer (especially since you can't take a duel yourself) and your movement abilities can be used to help bail you out. So you can take some risk with positioning closer to either get better damage/healing... the speed ring seems as if it would be just as useful to help someone back out as it does being used offensively. I think since nothing is overpowered, besides moving around fast and being hard to hit, you still have the choice of damage or healing and certain situations you could get more value focusing on healing. For instance, 22:52 the enemy Juno used her ult but you didn't have yours... using the ring to back them out, while charging your lock on to hit as many of your allies as you can (to deal with any burst damage they take as they change positions) while backing out yourself, then using the decent single target healing if needed to get them out is the play to counter that. You don't have to take the engagement and you can move away from the slow moving ult/los it to negate most of its value. If the lock on is going to be that slow for enemies it is situational... if they're just going to dodge it then getting burst healing on your team gives you more time to shoot the enemy with your gun. If you're in a spot you can hit lots of enemies, then that yields more value especially if you have time to follow it up with shots before you have to heal someone. Getting both is even more value since it gives you more time for damage while increasing your own damage output; securing a kill and/or saving a teammate who would otherwise die is the highest value... it all seems situational and risk vs reward. The character feels more like a balance between helping your team make a play and stopping the enemy team from making a play, except when you have ult. Sure, damage is needed, but without being able to secure kills yourself most of the time making the right choice between using your abilities for offense or defense would yield the best overall value. EVERYTHING in her kit has both an offensive and defensive use. That is the flexibility and strength of the hero right now.

This hero is what a support hero should look and play like. Low damage good heals, and most of all SUPPORT. Nerf Illari damage by a lot, this character needs to be changed or reworked or something because the amount of FREE value she gets is just absurd.... yeah, let's throw down a pylon and not even worry about healing anymore just become a another dps legit turning the fight into a 6v5. I need bap's fire rate lowered too. Bap is just too good honestly the best support in the game. Crazy good HITSCAN damage 400 ehp with 2 get out of jail free cards... cmon blizzard... why even play DPS when you can play DPS that can heal themselves.... you look at any other game styled like this, and the support characters do so much less damage it's not even funny.
