@@unstepintime Until the Wings are a perennial top 10 team in the league they'll *never* get National recognition. Even after the win all they could talk about were playoff implications for Carolina and the metro heating up. Hell, after the first goal they pull up a graphic that showed the wings were second in games lost after scoring first, they didn't even wait a minute before throwing us under the bus.

Hell of a game by Andersen. Detroit only had 22 shots to Carolina's 33 but it seemed like half of those shots were Grade-A scoring chances. Looking at the stats, Detroit outhit Carolina by a 3:1 rate *and* had 26 blocked shots to Carolina only blocking 6. Carolina should have won that game but Detroit gave them a taste of their own defensive medicine.

Great game all around. Though, weird to see. If you look at @11:02. The guy in the suit is telling which players get the player of the game # to them as they walk by... Larkin gets #3 and he actually reacts like, "come on man, really?" in the facial expression. Kind of odd to see. I guess he didn't like getting #3.

Great spot, that's really odd though. Like he give Wallman the I, Ned gets the II - both deserved. So why the face from Larks when he gets the III? Surely he's not disappointed in that? Or does he just not want to take a quick turn on the ice and wave his stick at the crowd??
