Hello, I am new at this. I am confused. In the footprint at the right is the ask( sellers) and at the left is the bid(buyers). When the ask is greater than the bid why the Delta end up positive? Also in a specific price example 12000 I see this 100X400 this means at this price the ask have more contracts than the bid but the color end up blue, is like the bid are stronger than ask. I feel is all backwards

Hello Ashwin. The Footprint course is based on general methodology of reading and interpreting the footprint charts. The methodology can be applied to any charting software. In the course the trader uses Market Delta software, but definitely the settings in Sierra is the icing on the cake. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Sierra is a bit more cumbersome but has a lot of configurable options, so the learning curve is longer, it's also less expensive. ATAS is more expensive but more user friendly, however it has less options than Sierra. You can try both mabye a few weeks or a couple of months to see which one adapts better to your trading style.
