Sung, Element is nice. of course it is, they are Team Associated after all... but I'm stoked that you are enjoying your Capra. I'm pretty much an Axial guy myself!! Careful, cuz next thing you know... you'll have several MORE Axial rigs. haha. That's ok tho... acquiring a couple can simply be justified by the fact they will provide content for the channel, right? ; ) Anyhow, TGH recommends the mild for my SCX10-iii. Although I went against what they said cuz I'm WILD and got the 36%. With it I found that when NOT on the rox it didn't affect the "trail-ability" of the 10iii as much as I thought it would. Installed them last week... yup, took about 5 minutes and all is good.

That's good to know about WILD OD gears for 10.3. At some point, I will be using the AR45 axles to build C1 rig.

I am using Proline 1.9 dual stage foams. It takes few uses to break-in though.
