I have axtro fit but i cant sign up because its only validate to Singapore and i am not in Singapore thats why please tell me the solution for it

I have AxtroFit 1 but I facing a problem, healthy 365 app not signup, its format of Singapore and i can not signup in healthy 365 app, so i can not connect my band to the app, so what is the solution??
