I like how this channel’s main focus is not on how to be like Ayanokoji, but on how to improve the viewer's mindset and habits while using Ayanokoji as an example. Keep up the good work.👍🏼

You don't know how much these videos changed my behaviour, how I perceive and react on things, I am more calmer, meditate, focus on myself, eventually leading me to become better little by little everyday. Everyday is a learning and the test of my abilities.

I wanted to comment this as a genuine thank you. This is one of the few channels that actually help people. Others just give very vague, general or cliche advice. This one gives solid advice which can cause significant changes, all the while making it entertaining by using a popular fictional character as the face of the channel.

Optimize Working Memory: This chapter discusses the link between working memory and focus, suggesting that better working memory can help filter out unnecessary opinions. Improving dopamine levels through activities like Yoga Nidra, binaural beats, and cold exposure can help boost this capacity. Journaling for Externalization: By journaling about negative thoughts, especially judgments from others, one can externalize these emotions and view them objectively. This process, inspired by narrative therapy, can reduce stress and improve emotional regulation. Negative Visualization: This stoic practice involves mentally rehearsing worst-case scenarios to reduce emotional reactions when they arise in real life. Visualizing these situations helps desensitize the mind and build resilience. Finding Purpose: The video encourages focusing on a significant, personal goal, which can reduce concern over others' opinions. It suggests reflective practices to identify passions, strengths, and potential legacies. Time Perspective Shift: By viewing life’s events as temporary ripples in a river, individuals can place current challenges into a larger perspective, reducing their immediate emotional weight.

I find the contents idolizing anime, movies, and tv series characters rather than actual geniuses to be pretentious youtubers who profess to have intrinsically altruistic motivations to aid people by gamifying and deliberately grandiloquizing the content to conceal their underlying motivations. However, while I do not know the motives of this channel either, based on a few videos I have watched so far, it at least aligns with the rudimentary psychological, neurological, and endocrinological principles which appears to actually impart solid, actionable, and scientific advice. Nevertheless, it is almost always better to just read, especially philosophy, if you are focused on self-improvement or stuff like this.

@user-hf2qh5ck7j you can use a dictionary for that, but whatever. It means to speak in a pompous or extravagant manner and is used to describe speech that is overly elaborate and intended to impress or seem sagacious.

Yknow I don't know how to feel about these videos. I was pretty surprised to see the mc of mediocre drama anime become sort of poster boy for gen alpha self improvement. On one hand it's annoying to see self help ideas that have been around since Aurelius packaged in such an edgelord way, but maybe it's good to see these ideas being disseminated to kids who wouldn't have known about them otherwise. It's probably a good idea to not get too wrapped up in romanticizing this self improvement shit though, I wanted to be like Lelouch growing up and absolutely cringe at myself not being true to myself and getting lost in being a cringy anime stoic.
