Salam Dr Aysha, As per what I have read we can not decrease fat from particular area like belly or legs. When we loose weight fat from every part of our body decreases... In my case belly fat decreases at the slowest rate compare to other body fat .

Reduce your meal portions Take your meals in time Don't eat after 7pm Increase water intake Walk for 20 minutes daily I reduce 10kg in the time span of 3 months with this ordinary routine and eat everything that I cooked at home. Wish you luck for your weight loss journey.

Great video. I used to be overweight myself and always felt sluggish, sleepy and tired all the time, so I decided to lose fat as fast as possible. I started going to the gym 5x a week and did cardio 2x a week (1x HIIT and 1x Steady state) and followed a high protein, high fat, low carb diet. I gave 100% dedication. Within 8 months, I had lost 66 lbs (30 kg). It was tough and it wasn’t easy being strict with the diet, but I’m happy I did it. It also requires a lot of mental strength. Losing fat and keeping it of is incredibly easy if you know what you’re doing 🙂
