I USED a 2' aluminum tube cut and screwed onto my handle. A faster, full open pull on the handle allows for a fast complete discharge of the compressed air. 2nd, for the end with the air valve, change out your cap for a cleanout end, with a screw in cap you put teflon on the threads. It allows you to easily replace air valves. I use standard tire air valves with the rubber seal inside and outside. 3rd, instead of your 90 degree elbows, use sweeping elbows, which are longer and rounded. It makes for more pressure. I get over 220 yards on 90lb of pressure. I also used automotive fiberglass bondo and made a 1 1/2" venturi to increase presse into my 2" tube as well. Fun and experiment my friend. I use mine mostly for saltwater and freeze 10" slug baits which include my weight, bait, and chum. Beats kayaking out baits any day or night!!
