I can't believe I'm typing this, but this is actually working! I forgot to note the first day, but it's likely been less then a month since my hair has started responding. I have a lot of white hair on the back of my head, so I never noticed them until family started to express concern as to why I'm greying so rapidly. But now my husband vouches that this oil is working, that he can't see as much white as before, and the strands that are white are turning copper-ish or greyish. Hi mam, i boiled this in low flame in a stainless steel pot. The oil turned dark. So that looks right. The ridge gourds did not turn black, just brown The fenugreek seeds did not pop or bubble up a lot like in your video. 🤔

Hi, This doesnt work well with double boiling. You can use curry leaves in a double boiler but not ridge gourd. You can skip fenugreek. It definitely reduces grey hair by increasing the melanin.

I leave the vegetable near the radiator. If you have underfloor heating, you can spread it in a news paper and leave it on the floor too. I leave the coconut oil bottle too near the radiator, it helps to keep it liquid.

Hi Samyukta...i am very eager to try this hair oil recepie for grey hair and have already started the process of drying the ridge gourd. But you havent mentioned how much cold press coconut oil we have to take in ratio with the ridge gourd. It would help if we knew the proportion. Please do let me know soon as i will have to soak the ridge gourd soon. Thank you🤗
