Shoulder impingement syndrome and shoulder joint pain can be due to multiple reasons. A person may suffer from sudden shoulder pain without injury, shoulder blade pain (pain between shoulder blades), shoulder tendonitis (with neck and shoulder pain), rotator cuff tendinitis (rotator cuff injury), bicep tendonitis (pain in upper right arm between elbow and shoulder), subacromial bursitis (stiffness, swelling and redness in the shoulder, especially front shoulder), shoulder tendonitis, trapezius muscle pain or rhomboid muscle pain (upper back pain between shoulder blades). The most common reasons for shoulder muscle pain are due to shoulder injuries or gradual pain leading to stiffness (frozen shoulder) and immobilization.

shoulder pain patient, orthopaedic Doctor നെ കാണിച്ചാൽ യാതൊരു എണ്ണയും ഉപയോഗിക്കരുതെന്ന് പറയും. അലോപ്പതിയിലുള്ള വേദന ഗുളികകളോ, ointment ഉം ഉപകാരപ്പെട്ടില്ല. Exercise ചെയ്യുമ്പോഴുണ്ടാകുന്ന വേദന കാരണം exercise ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല. ചൂടുവെള്ളം ഉപയോഗിച്ചാൽ ചെറിയ ആശ്വാസം ഉണ്ടാകും.
