This could be due to compression of a nerve or a blood vessel in your leg due to the size or shape of the shoes. First change your shoes and see if it recurrs. Even after changing the shows if it occurs, it could be tarsal tunnel syndrome. Anyway let me know I will give the advice.

സർ.രാത്രി ഉറങ്ങാൻ കിടന്നതിന് ശേഷം left side പുറം ഭാഗത്ത് ആയി കഴുത്തിന് താഴെ ഉള്ള പൊങ്ങി നിൽക്കുന്ന ഷോൾഡർ bone വേദന ആണ്.. ഒരു അസ്വസ്ഥത ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന വേദന.. ഈ വേദന ഇടത് ഭാഗത്തെ നെഞ്ചിന്റെ വശത്തായി ഒരു അസ്വസ്ഥതയും വേദനയും ഉണ്ടാക്കും.. നെഞ്ചിന്റെ മധ്യത്തിൽ അല്ല.. പകരം കക്ഷത്തിന്റെ ആ ഭാഗത്തായി ഒരു ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട്.. എന്താണ് ഇതിന് കാരണം കുറച്ച് ദിവസങ്ങൾ ആയി ഇത് തുടങ്ങിയിട്ട്...24 വയസ്സ് ആണ് എനിക്ക്.. ഹോസ്റ്റലിൽ ആയത് കൊണ്ട് ഇരുമ്പ് കട്ടിലിൽ മെത്ത ഇട്ടാണ് ഉറങ്ങുന്നത്.. ഇനി അത് കൊണ്ടാണോ?? But 1 വർഷം ആയിട്ട് ഇപ്പോഴാണ് ഈ വേദന.. കാരണം ഒന്ന് പറയുമോ ഡോക്ടർ.. മറുപടി പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു
