i wanted an advice from you i had thought to hit the fundamentals az900 prep alongside learning dsa ..currently at the starting stage of my cloud journey and really confused from where to kick start and how actually journey could flow it would be grt to hear a advice from you

Hey @suhrita9 and thanks for reaching out! I would say you should focus on simple hands-on labs. Get comfortable with Azure, AWS or Linux. Try different services or write simple scripts:) certs are just complementary to your skills - these are not relevant if you don’t know hands on:)

Hey @Joeyxyx! Thanks for tuning in! I learn my hands-on from learn.microsoft.com/ site while I study for the certification :) I also do some Udemy courses where we do DevOps projects :) Internet is full of gr8 inspirations!

AZ900 is the starting base of Azure? Afterward what would be the next certifications to go after once AZ900 is done?

Hey man :) Yes, I'd start with AZ900, then AZ104 and after Azure AZ-400!

Hi! I already have a CCNA, is it worth skipping the AZ-900 and going straight into the AZ-700 since I already know the basics of network engineering?

Hey and thanks for question:) CCNA is good cert already but going for Azure cert is gr8 next step. I’d recommend going for AZ900 and then AZ700. Fundamentals will give you easy to understand starting point with cloud :)

In admin role - I'd also suggest Linux certs like Comptia or LPI. Linux is very admin-related

Hey! Thanks for question! I would say a bit of everything - Cloud Architecture, network security protocols and appliances (firewalls, NSGs, WAF etc), monitoring, IAM etc. Good luck!
