Just got introduced to this whats the best way to get a collection? And are tournaments beginner friendly (i do play magic)

@@ttvgrims7 if you play Magic, picking up Lorcana will be fairly easy for you. At least, the basic rules. Strategy is a bit different, but, you’ll get it quickly. As for if tournaments are beginner friendly…depends on the tournament and the store. I will say, Set Championships (happen every three months at LGSs) are pretty approachable. And we’ve found that the Lorcana community tends to be pretty welcoming and inviting. So, we say dive in! Building a collection depends on your budget. Of course, booster boxes are fun to open and get you a lot of cards. But, like any TCG, you’ll still have to buy singles to finish out the deck you want to build. To start, we recommend finding a deck you would like to experiment with and buying the singles, to give it a go. Happy to chat more about decks and archetypes, if you like!
