I had a strong desire for craving food, but thx to you, I’m now more capable to manage my desire, especially at night. The results seem coming towards me. I’m changing now eating an even bigger portion of veg, cutting down a bit of fruit and food that is high carb, on bread though I’m still managing it. I have been cutting down snacks happening on anytime of the day, and good news, yesterday I succeeded on a 2 meal day without feeling miserable. It’s a matter of planning n self discipline. Dr Berg I have a question. Since I started doing keto and intermittent fasting (18/6) in Dec 2018, my appetite became small so as the amount of foods I ate everyday. I dropped almost 10 kg on my weight and then it came back up 5 kg until now. I watched your video everyday and gained so much understanding on food and health. I also helped people around me by giving them your youtube video and coached them how to eat, everyone who actually followed it has lost weight and became more healthy. I have one conflict data would like to clarify with you: in one video you said on keto I don't need to count calories on what I ate but just felt satisfied about it. However my appetite was small and not felt hungry, so I didn't eat enough food for TDEE even BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) everyday. Per other data on internet (not sure it's correct or not) if a person did not eat enough for TDEE or BMR, it is dieting, his metabolic rate will reduce and easy to gain weight. But in one video you said, on keto and intermittent fasting people will increase his metabolic rate. These two data are conflict... So sometimes in order to meet TDEE, I have to add oil in my black coffee or food to increase calories intake that day. But I don't want to do that because I want body to burn my own fat, not dietary fat. Hope you understand my confusion and can give me any applicable video to resolve it. Thank you.

10 for now, honestly it’s only because I’ve been doing it for only 9 days lol! My plan is to do 168 for 12 weeks on top of diet and exercising to see how far I can push without needing a cheat meal. The longer you go the more cravings you will have.

Dr. Berg, I started watching your videos about one month ago, and it is really educating. I have one question, regarding keto diet. I can quit carbs, sweets, but quitting fruits is really a struggle for me. I really love fruits, and I cannot survive a day without fruits. Plus in my whole existence, I always thought eating fruit is such a healthy thing! My goal is not to lose wait, because I am already slim. But I would like to try the keto diet. What should I do?
I think I have 9 on discipline. I fast 20-23 hours pretty much on daily basis. I also fast 72 hours once in a while. I cook every day and watch carb within 20g. Eat lots of fresh vegetables. But I'm still kicked out of ketosis often. I don't know why. I'm 53 years women. 5'3 tall weight 108lbs, BMI 19.0. I also exercises everyday at least an hour. Any suggestions? Thank you.

I'm practicing IF 18/6 and exercising, but night time before sleep I drink full cream milk for good sleep . I do lose weight , but does full cream milk affect?
I am 164cm high and 51KG... Trying to maintain weight now... But sometime drop to 49KG.... So i can be 10 for not eating a thing but now i eat a lot due to under weight.... Can u teach me how to maintain weight and be healthy?
