Pandan Leaf
Pandanus amaryllifolius is a tropical plant in the Pandanus genus, which is commonly known as pandan. It has fragrant leaves which are used widely for flavouring in the cuisines of Southeast Asia and South Asia

食材:
斑斓叶、香兰叶
去皮鸡腿肉块
油
腌制:
一条香茅,半块姜,
一粒葱头或4-5粒小洋葱
放一点水打成汁,
2匙 辣椒粉
1匙 黄姜粉
1匙 蚝油
1匙 酱油
1匙 鱼露
1匙 白胡椒粉
1匙 生粉/玉米淀粉
1匙 糖
1匙 芝麻油
3-4匙 椰浆/椰浆粉
少许盐
Ingredient:
Pandan Leaves /
Pandanus amaryllifolius
Fresh drumstick
Chicken cube (off skin)
Oil
Marinate:
1 Lemongrass, half ginger
1 onion or 4-5 shallots
put abit water and blend
2spoon Chili Powder
1spoon Turmeric powder
1spoon Oyster sauce
1spoon Soya sauce
1spoon Fish sauce
1spoon white pepper powder
1spoon Corn Starch Powder
1spoon Sugar
1spoon Sesame Oil
3-4spoon Coconut milk / coconut milk powder
Slightly salt
步骤:
1. 所有腌制的材料倒入鸡肉块,放入冰箱腌制3-4小时
2. 准备斑斓叶,有多少的鸡肉块数量就需要多少条斑斓叶
3. 用视频教的方法把鸡肉块包好
4. 一开始约四成的油温,用中火炸4-5分钟至熟透
5. 可以放在铁网滤掉多余的油
Steps:
1. Put all the marinate ingredients into
the chicken cube, marinage 3-4hours in fridge
2. prepare pandan leaves, got how many chicken cubes then need how many leaves depend on the quantity.
3. Wrap the chicken with pandan leaves. (check video)
4. medium fire and fry around 4-5minutes
depend on the chicken size.
5. can filter the extra oil by putting the chicken on the stainless steel colander after done cooking.
